Caprese Salad

Ingredients:

2 medium whole tomatoes
250 grams fresh mozzarella cheese
1 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
ΒΌ cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Cut the mozzarella cheese and tomatoes into quarter-inch slices.
  2. Layer the cheese and tomato slices on a plate. Top with basil leaves.
